Easily Accessible Water Tank
​
The new etched reservoir makes filling and cleaning comfortably easy, thanks to its completely opened top. It is equipped with devices that memorize the number of loadings to easily monitor the consumption of the water softening filter.
Measures Brewing Pressure​
​
MaraX’s double pressure gauge allows you to control both the pressure of the steam boiler and the pressure during coffee extraction. You will thus be able to observe the brewing curve from the pre-infusion to the end of the extraction.
Power Saving
​
With a sophisticated power-saving system, it reduces the pressure in the steam boiler when not in use.
This means saving a lot of power and eliminates unnecessary waste. The warm-up time once the machine is turned on is a maximum of 24 minutes.

Measure the
Real Extraction Pressure

Thanks to the manometer on the E61 group you can measure the real pressure on the coffee puck having a much more precise and accurate control of the coffee extraction.
Energy Saving
​
Bianca is equipped with a sophisticated energy saving system that allows programming the stand-by time, after which the steam boiler is disabled. The coffee boiler maintains a temperature of 70° C and the efficiency of the warming cup surface is kept at 80%. The machine returns in the full energy modus in just 10 minutes, granting this way a significant energy saving.

Anti-burn/Cool Touch Wands

The new Lelit wands are all cool touch, to avoid any burn and have a new geometry to facilitate cleaning, avoid the limestone formation and allow a more satisfying use experience.
